Sports Event

A sports event organised by icaijsl on 13-14 July 2008
Lots of member of branch participated and enjoyed very much.
JSL started with few games like Cricket, Table Tennis, Chess, Carem, Badminton, etc.,

INTRODUCTION

Continues sitting can increase fat, calostrol, etc., which can damgage blood circulations of a body.
Sports is an activity which help to reduce calostrol and fat and help to improve blood circulations.
Therefore playing is helpfull.
